You will get access to your case managers direct contact, and you can access your case manager 7 days per week. We are in the business of providing available care, 7 days.

Our Dementia Specialist Care Staff
We have staff who specialise in dementia clients, our client’s family have been very impressed with our programme for our dementia clients, we offer care and support for clients who have complex dementia care needs, but would still like to live in their own home. We have most recent technologies with our monitoring control room that can monitor complex dementia client’s 24 hrs.
